Return & Refund Policies
Return Period:
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of your purchase. If more than 10 days have elapsed, we regret that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a faulty item or a wrong product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We accept returns for these items within 10 days of receipt. Faulty or incorrect products will be exchanged or fully refunded. To expedite the resolution process, please provide detailed information about the issue.
Return Guidelines:
- Initiate your return within 10 days following the receipt of your order.
- For any exchange or refund, please provide your Order ID or the phone number used at the time of order placement.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Any undisclosed defects or damages will lead to the refusal of the exchange or refund.
- Before returning any products, customers are required to complete a return form, which is available via our WhatsApp Helpline.
Processing of Requests:
Upon receipt of the returned product, please allow 2-4 working days for your refund or exchange request to be processed. Refunds are strictly processed through bank transfer, as cash transactions are not permitted.
Custom Orders and Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders are exempt from our standard Return and Exchange policies, except in cases of manufacturing errors on our part. Products that have been used or are over one month old from the date of purchase are not eligible for return.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon the arrival and inspection of your return, we will notify you via message regarding the status of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days, exclusively through bank transfer. For exchange procedures, please email us.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If your refund is delayed, please review your bank account statement first. Then, contact your credit card company, as posting times for refunds may vary. Afterward, contact your bank for processing times. If your refund still has not arrived after these steps, please reach out to us.
